All the major equipment has been received and is in place.\u00a0 Work continues to install mechanical and electrical systems with and toward a plant start-up for April 2013.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The recently installed mechanical gates have been placed in service.\u00a0 Only ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½ vehicles and approved construction vehicles are permitted past the gates to the interior of the campus.<\/p>\n<p>The underground piping distribution system installation is also progressing on schedule and the following should be noted.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"><span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman';\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/map\/index.php?FontSize=10&amp;w=950&amp;h=494&amp;x=1639.3333333333&amp;y=1171&amp;Zoom=0&amp;Building=Lot17\" title=\"Lot-17\">Lot-17<\/a> has been restored to use with the exception of the area around the new manhole.<\/li>\n<li>The entire roadway in front of Webster hall is closed while the piping is being installed.\u00a0 The construction will continue and connect to the installed piping north of Stone Hall.<\/li>\n<li>The Alumni Green is closed along with the rear exit of College Hall and the College Hall bridge.\u00a0 Access to the campus is through University Promenade.<\/li>\n<li>Final tie-in work is being completed in the manhole on the University Promenade In front of University Hall.<\/li>\n<li>Final connection work is underway in Calcia Hall, Dickson Hall, Partridge Hall,\u00a0 Life Hall, University Hall and the Student Center.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All roadways and pedestrian routes will be clearly marked so the campus community can navigate construction areas easily.\u00a0 All buildings will remain open and accessible.
