Designated a Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI), ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½ University is committed to promoting an inclusive environment to support the success and sense of belonging of all Hispanic students, faculty, and staff. What can faculty do to achieve this goal in their classrooms and other interactions with students? Inspired by Hispanic\/Latino\/a\/e Heritage Month, we\u2019ve invited members of our faculty and staff to talk about their experiences and practices around issues of representation, support, identity, belonging, and bias.
