Harris<\/strong> will speak to the efforts of the\u00a0<span id=\"m_990432426274230370m_-4314369898310582857:4yk.10\">Montclair<\/span>\u00a0Branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People to advance voting rights. <strong>Andra Gillespie<\/strong>, author of The<em>\u00a0New Black Politician: Cory Booker, Newark, and Post-Racial America<\/em>\u00a0(2012), will review a the history of voter suppression in the United States&#8211;including the recent Georgia Senate Bill 202.
