The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic advisor, trusted partner, and advocate for managers and employees within their specified divisions.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a highly visible campus resource, the HRBP will develop and maintain effective working relationships between Human Resources and the respective Department Heads.<\/span><\/p>\n

The HRBP will operate as a business partner with the Division to address all HR related issues and matters, including recruitment, employment, total compensation, employee and labor relations, and training and development.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The HRBP will be a change agent, management advocate, and employee resource, providing expert guidance and solutions aligned with university strategy and objectives.<\/span><\/p>\n

The HRBP works with managers to track trends across divisions and recommends how to address issues and enhance performance, while staying aligned with division and University values and goals.<\/span><\/p>\n
