The portal \u00a0provides University voicemail subscribers an additional method of managing their voicemail messages securely over the web. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Use the Voicemail Web Portal to receive a copy of your voicemail as an email audio file.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In addition, you will be able to more efficiently manage voicemails using the following functions:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Play, record, delete and send voicemail message on any telephone or computer<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Forward and reply to voicemail messages<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Call the sender of a voicemail message<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Change the status and subject of a voicemail message<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The traditional method of using your university phone to access your voicemail box continues to be available. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Access the Voicemail Web Portal now by navigating to \u201cvoicemail.montclair.edu\u201d \u00a0and log in using your four digit extension and PIN as you would from your desk phone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/information-technology\/telecom-guide-desktop-voicemail-web-portal\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">telecom guide<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, found under the Telecom section of the Information Technology website, provides additional information about this service.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Voicemail Web Portal is now available to members of the University community.
