�ǿ����޴�ý University has been ranked No. 1 in New Jersey and No. 24 in the nation in Newsweek’s “” for 2024, showcasing the institution’s commitment to providing multiple pathways for students to earn an affordable, high-quality education.

Newsweek and partner Statista evaluated 200 institutions as part of its annual rankings. Montclair ranked above institutions including The Ohio State University (No. 30), Rutgers University (No. 74) and Arizona State University (No. 142).

The rankings were tabulated using several data points, including a survey of 9,000 participants who rated their educational experiences after participating in online college degree programs or general online learning courses for either their professional or personal development. Participants evaluated their college/university on six different sub-dimensions: Organization, Support, Price, Reputation, Success and Practical Relevance.

Montclair offers 33 fully online programs, allowing students to earn both bachelor’s and master’s degrees as well as graduate certificates.

Students can choose from graduate offerings in business, nursing, child advocacy, education, sustainability, data and analytics, information technology and dance. Undergraduate degrees include liberal studies, business administration and an RN-to-BSN program for nursing students currently in the field.
