{"id":20325,"date":"2020-06-25T16:20:44","date_gmt":"2020-06-25T20:20:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/sponsored-programs\/?page_id=20325"},"modified":"2024-05-17T14:41:24","modified_gmt":"2024-05-17T18:41:24","slug":"cayuse-sp","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/sponsored-programs\/cayuse-research-suite\/cayuse-sp\/","title":{"rendered":"Cayuse SP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cayuse \u201cSponsored Projects,\u201d or \u201cCayuse SP\u201d bridges the gap between outdated manual processes and current state of the art system for proposal routing and approval; non-financial award management and reporting.\u00a0 The OSP manual routing and approval process is now replaced by a \u201cdata gathering\u201d electronic \u201cInternal Processing Form\u201d with autofill functionality. \u00a0(Yes, the legacy Montclair routing form is now obsolete!).<\/p>\n<span class=\"prpl-button red full-width\"><a href=\"https:\/\/montclair.cayuse424.com\/\">Cayuse SP Login<\/a><\/span>\n<p>The Office of Sponsored Programs will be able to track and report on many aspects of a specific Principal Investigator, Department, and\/or College\u2019s proposals and awards\u2014e.g., key personnel, student involvement, scientific discipline, IT needs, and compliance considerations to name just a few!<\/p>\n<p>Cayuse SP is a <em>complementary<\/em> system to Cayuse Proposals (formerly Cayuse 424). As in the past, you will still use Cayuse Proposals to develop and submit proposals to Grants.gov. However, proposals sent via Grants.gov through Cayuse Proposals are electronically linked with Cayuse SP. This allows the system to autofill important budget information on your routing form, yet the routing and approval process will now lie in SP exclusively.
