Hispanic Student College Institute Gives High Schoolers a Head Start
With a growing number of Latino students pursuing higher education, Montclair鈥檚 Hispanic Student College Institute offers rising high school juniors and seniors a head start on college applications, financial planning and experiencing campus life.

The Native American and Indigenous Studies program hosted a four week program where students had the opportunity to visit various locations in New Jersey to meet with tribal leaders and learn from them about the reclaiming of their cultures.

New research from the Psychology Department鈥檚 Spatial Development Lab that explores navigational preferences between sexes, could help provide educators with better tools to teach children how to give and understand directions.

University Facilities Launches New Campus Accessibility Map
The new map includes an overview of inter-campus shuttle routes, accessible parking locations across all campus lots, barrier-free pedestrian routes, and accessible building entrances with automatic doors.

Blue Envelope Program
- University Police announce the Blue Envelope Program to help those with Autism Spectrum Disorder during a traffic stop. The envelope features critical communication guidelines on its exterior, specifically tailored to assist law enforcement officers in recognizing and adapting their approach when interacting with a driver who has autism.
